Smith’s Country Cheese has been a family-owned-and-operated, working dairy farm and creamery for over thirty years. 200 Holstein cows live a happy life on 43 rural acres in Winchendon, MA. Old-fashioned family traditions and hard work are combined to produce award-winning farmstead Gouda, cheddar, and Havarti cheeses. Traditional recipes and fresh, raw milk from the farm make delicious, artisanal cheeses.
